The pattern template is paperless and intended to be drawn and transferred directly onto the fabric, however a paper pattern piece is provided as a guide to draw the parabolic line. The LOHI dress is a zero to low waste design constructed from a single piece of fabric divided by a parabolic line which separates the front from the back pieces. The parabolic line creates a chic high / low hemline.

LOHI has 8 design views. With a simple adjustment to the overall length of the template, LOHI can be a dress, skirt, or even a blouse! Versions A and B can have shoulder straps or be strapless. For party vibes, just add the ruffle; for a casual summer stroll, leave the ruffle off. The top has an elastic band that can be adjusted to fit the exact measurements of your high bust. Shoulder straps can easily be added for additional support. LOHI is perfect for a confident beginner offering different designs suitable for different skill levels.

As a mostly paperless pattern, all details are provided as templates and are required to be transferred onto the fabric. Special attention is required during prep work as well as the sewing portion of the garment. The construction details accommodate confident beginner skills including gathering and french seams. LOHI is a zero waste design, yielding no more than 5% waste.
